Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Service Level and Data Sharing Agreement signed in 2026 to support incorporation of independent funeral and bereavement navigation within relevant hospital pathways.

Signed referral services agreement

RedArc Assured

Referral services partnership in place in 2026, providing practical bereavement navigation alongside RedArc's own specialist support.

Pilots and public-service collaboration

Public-service pilot

Liverpool City Council and Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Collaborative city-scale pilot launched in May 2024, delivered without a fee to the council or NHS, and extended into a longer-term working arrangement.

Research, sector and assurance relationships

Independent evaluator

Anglia Ruskin University

Researchers at Anglia Ruskin University independently evaluated the first phase of the Liverpool pilot.
